It is my opinion that we need to continually work on team building to get better an to solidify, in doing this i would to see us do things as a team a lot more this year i.e. dinners, hanging out as whole, fund raising, whatever it is we need to unify.

WE ARE THE Lightning Family THAT'S OUR MISSION!
A family supports each other - Help a teammate learn the offense or defense - Share rides to game or hotel rooms -Support each, but do not take advantage, do your part to help.
A family participates in the family business- -Helps the business operate by paying fees -Helping with fund raisers, but most of all please show up if you commit yourself. -Returning uniforms and other equipment so resources are not wasted on replacements. -Being a positive representative in your communities and giving back. -Asking family members or friend if they could help the team in other area such filming, stats, picture taking, food services, tickets, chain crews, or other team needs.
A family hold each other accountable to a standard of excellences -Making all practices -Being accountable and calling your coaches if you can't make it to any mandatory team function! -Participate in all drills whether a veteran or a rookie be an example.

dinners, hanging out as whole, fund raising, whatever it is we need to unify. This is what build's teams. Have a team dinner and hanging out together will bring you together on and off the field. If you don't trust the guy next to you...you wouldn't go to battle with them. Even if you are sitting on the sideline and it's the forth quarter you are still routing on your team and being load. I agree with Craig. We have to become a family...family goes through it's bumps and bruises but still they fight for each other.
